My H1B is going to be revoked

Hi,
I got lay off in the month of March, accepted the offer from another company and started working on EAD. Yesterday I got the call from the employer that your severance period is getting over and they have to inform the USCIS that you longer is working here.

My question and worry is, what are the possibilities of getting the RFE , when my company send out an letter to USCIS for revoking my H1B? I working in same job profile.

Is there anything to worry or any risk here? Please gurus let me know so that I can get prepared for that.

Sorry if this question is out of context for this thread.
Is submitting AC21 mandatory if we change the employer using EAD.

And if we loose our job at that new employer what happens then? Can i just go
back to my original GC sponsering employer.... and submit the AC21 again as i changed the
employer again even though its the same company that sponsred my GC
