The same loser mentioned this in another blog he wrote on Apr 1.

In my opinion allowing visa for anyone with US degree will have a lot of spurious univs crop up and in the long run it will make student's visa more difficult to get. Right now you can come, study, find work, possibly add to the economy by creating more jobs around you and justify the benefits. If the gc for us masters becomes a policy expect the student visa to become extremely tough to get. Right now you have avenues while you wait for GC. you may lose the avenues and a chance to study at better schools.

You all are assuming that the proposal will be in just like that. If the loopholes are known off-front then they will make sure that this won't happen.

Having fear just because of this is similar to not marrying because of fear of having AIDS.

If problems are known, preventive measures can be taken. Same is applicable to any legislation including H1b.

GutterShield simply wants to prevent immigrants by giving silly reasons and fear is the best tool, especially in these economic times. STEM OPT opposition failed because opponents could not even give a valid argument that could sustain the case. They are known for short-sighted, weak arguments. What can we expect from bunch of unskilled ediots?

If people are so concerned, give this only to people with STEM PhDs and Ivy League/first tier acknowledged programs STEM Masters programs which are around for a long time and are well established.

Also, Pre-condition for this is to have a job-offer in USA - which is the single most toughest thing here-onwards keeping in mind what's happening for last 1.5 yrs.
