OPT RFE - HELP until H1 B

Hi All

I got an RFE for my OPT application (letter yet to receive - i saw online status),
my job offer is from May 1st, now it seems like it will take untill june end for uscis to take a decision on my Application,
What could be my options, untill H1 b kick off time i.e, october 1....incase if my OPT is denied.
I am asking becasue, by that time i may not be able to register in another masters (considering the registratin deadline).

question : Will registering for new masters, will make current OPT application VOID!!!!!
