Dear All,

Is there anyone who has received GC from TSC recently and who has filed I485 in month Feb 2012 with Priority Date 2009 year?

I have filed 485 on 3rd Feb 2012, Received @ TSC on 7th Feb 2012, Done FP on 15th March 2012, Got AP/EAD on 09th March 2012. My PD is May 2009.

Can someone share the experience?

You cannot get a GC when your PD is not current. From your profile, the chargeability is India. The Visa Bulletin says EB2 India as Unavailable. How do you expect to get a GC ???

Dude there few(very few) people like me with PD in 06 and 07 and still waiting on the GC.
With USCIS you never know what's going to happen. People with later dates may get their GC but people with earlier dates can still be lingering in mid-air
