This is actually pretty old and been there in TED...proud about Pranav,
he will probably qualify as EB-1 and get his GC in no time...these people come and go, we have to fight for our own cause(EB 2 & 3), These things will no way benefit IV and its EB-2/3 community..

I-485, AP, EAD Filed 7/2/07 NSC RD: 7/30/07, FP: 8/24/07 EAD received - 09/24/07 AP: 10/20/07 2nd EAD receive - 8/24/08 (2 year validity) 2nd AP: applied 08/29/08, received on nov 11,2008 LUD: I-485 - 8/26/07, 5/6/08 (address change) Hard LUD (RFE) asking for G 325 & birth certificates - 03/2009 USCIS recvd the response 4/8/09 - same day hard LUD - response recvd - under process. Only a small Contribution to IV so far more will follow.....
