AC21 Questions
Hi,
what all stuffs I have to consider for AC21. - New Job title should be same or it's can be new (promoted). - New job should be EB2 requirement or it can fall under EB3? - Any complications or denial cases. I heard during 2008 many denial happened due to AC21. Appreciate all your inputs. Thanks,
