More good work coming from the USCIS Ombudsman. In this case, it's new recommendations to address ongoing problems with USCIS issuing employment authorization documents in a timely manner and making it difficult to quickly resolve problems when delays occur. The document is specific to EAD issues and not on EB backlogs.
To clear EB backlogs, only legislative relief can clear it. There can be no admin relief that can clear backlog. There are limited visas and many applications. Only a change in law can give more visas.
