Leaving USA - inviting career ideas

Dear all,
After a 12 year stay in this country and two failed attempts at getting a US residency, I am going back to India next month. I am looking at this event optimistically and not looking for a job in an effort to give a chance to entrepreneurship. I thought I would reach out to you guys with some ideas I have and see what you think about them.

a) Property management for NRIs: Having been here and met numerous people who have property in India but no one to manage it, it sounds like a decent idea at the face of it. I'm an IT professional and have no prior experience but could possibly add value by doing this professionally.

b) Offshore IT consultancy: I've been in IT for 15 years and this seems like a natural fit for me.

In general, I would like to explore a business that could serve customers in US, UK, etc.
I'm wondering if you guys have any ideas or suggestions you could share....things that you have thought of as decent potential businesses but haven't taken them up due to your jobs out here.

Property Management is a good idea. You can gradually spread to major cities. The big thing is winning the trust of NRIs. You will also need to hire musclemen and build contact with local police to handle the troublesome tenants of your client.
Business will be booming if you can build the trust. Consider me as a client

You will also need to seek the services of musclemen and develop get in touch with with local cops to deal with the problematic renters of your customer.
