Fight against Fraudaulent Employers

IV is fighting a battle with the broken Immigration System. It is also dealing with lot of anti-immigrants who are trying to water every effort we put out. So far IV had a great success. But in this fight against these two systems, we ignored one of the biggest evil which affects lot of immigrants directly.

They are called "BAD EMPLOYERS" . They can be described in many ways, by the employees who went through the pains. We sometimes silently bear them due to this broken immigration system providing them extra courage which works against us.

I know one of our friends has started a website called h1bfraud.com but I have seen very luke warm response in reporting employer fraud due to the fear of repurcussions.

Well if we don't complain about these so called "BAD employers" and keep feeding them, it will just give another weapon to the anti-immigrants and that will put us in much difficult position ,that is facing two oppositions at a time and one of them is right in your backyard who can control your life my a visa called H1B.

We came here on basis of our talent, demand from your US economy, not to become slaves to these Evil employers and provide a chance to anti-immigrants to laugh at our plight.

Let us fight against these people who are in our backyards stabbing us, stabbing our careers and becoming one of the prime reasons for our state today. Let us try to educate the sensible anti-immigrants between the difference between these bad employers and good ones. Let us inform their crimes to the DOL, USCIS and all concerned agencies. Let us help the LAW here so that when we become a CITIZEN of this country, we won't be living between these hi-end criminals.

yeah I came to know through one of my friend that only 1.5 year old company was sold at price of 3 million dollars. How? All doing Fraud..

We mostly learn about H-1B and GC abuse through friends and acquaintances
who are employed through these bodyshops. Most people will look away instead of confronting the issue since their friends would be out of a job as well if their employers are reported. Let's not kid ourselves into thinking that everyone here is an MS/PhD and employed with proper companies. I think we know that the majority of people use the outsourcing companies and bodyshops to get a foot in the door. I personally don't have a problem with reporting frauds but how do I find out about these bodyshops and report them?
