Where do u see the proceedings. I switched to CSPAN. They are discussing a different subject. Where do u see the live telecast?

At the very beginning of the hearing, the Chairwomen mentioned about receiving an email from USCIS/State dept abt being able to do with the existing rules and no bill needed. However I was not sure about the bill number she mentioned. My limited guess was HR 6090, however I am not sure. If it is indeed that, you can see that it is big strike for us : http://thomas.loc.gov/cgi-bin/query/z?c110:H.R.6090: can someone confirm what bill number she mentioned.

I don't remember it, but it was not 6090. I looked it up, it was some unrelated immigration related bill.
