Another suggestion
It is annoying to see the tag box on the top of the messages. Also I guess earlier I have seen disclaimer on the top when we click on any message. I guess this has to be changed. A member when clicks is eager to see the message and not the disclaimer. Every time he has to scroll down to see the actual message. It is better to take off the disclaimer notice on each message page and put in a menu item or on a main page ( if it is critical). Alternatively if it is required to be shown on each message page, then let it be put on the bottom of the messages.
Please make sure a member sees the actual message when he clicks rather than the top disclaimer or tag box etc...as mentioned, avoid more scroll downs and link clicks...
