I am amazed to find people who are in EB3 and bitch about their greencard status atleast 10 times a day and still dont know about HR 3012. I am a relatively new to the topic as I didnt pay attention to the whole GC process until I became current this year...and have plans to go back to India anyway. Even I came to know about HR3012 while checking forums during I-485 filing. These guys are hardcore GC seekers and still dont know about HR 3012.

Its better to be a religious worker than a high skilled worker . The religious worker category is always current.

The idea is to spread the message, I am amazed on the amount of people who are not aware of IV or the work IV is doing. We want all the support now, we need to gather all the like minded people in one place. Every time I talk to my friends who have not even filed their green cards or just started the process, they don't have any knowledge about their wait times and what can they do about it. They don't understand the consequences. Or they have a sense of feeling that their job will be forever and they can keep changing titles and growing in their company. The idea is to build awareness around these issues so that they know there is somebody who is working for them and be energized in working together for a common cause. IV today is well respected and are part of bring light to our issues. Imagine if there are hundred of thousands of members who can stand behind IV. If all of us are suffering from the current system, why not find more of them who are suffering too and get all of us unite under the IV platform?
