Immigration Voice has been featured on the front page of the Philadelphia Inquirer paper.

Gaiutra, the reporter has been very patient and receptive to our issues and we would like to thank her from the bottom of our hearts for writing an article about us . Also a big thanks to all the folks from Philly who volunteered for this effort (unfortunately not all could be interviewed)

We can utilize this link and write to your local newspaper reporters that each one of us is in such a predicament. I am going to write a few emails to local papers in Denver, CO. Will post progress here. Thanks everyone at IV.

The article is a good summary of all the aspects of retrogression that affects us.. Good work, philly volunteers!!! It definitely will inspire the rest of the IV volunteers to work harder and on similar lines..

This is one of the best articles to come out about our situation! Great effort by all those in the Philly area who laid out all the work for this article!

This article is easy to read and covers the basic problems of the "legals". It it finds its way to a national news paper (USA Today could be simpatetic) or magazine, it will have a signifficant effect. The government would not be able to hide anymore the lousy work of the BECs and the Congerss would have to find a way to resolve the problem with the retrogression.

Proper publicity of the problem could help a lot.

now that IV has at least two articles in the news featuring IV members, maybe a link on the home page main menu called "Press". This page will contain links to the named articles. Also the name of the person who should be contacted in case the journalist wants to write an article and needs some information.

I contacted couple of radio station, got an email back lets see if they air the issues.
