might not be a place to put this, but Bill # H.R.3776
has this beill ever passed, I think it was intorduced into congress Sept of last year.

It probably was offered in various forms to HR 4437 if not in its original form. I recall Ms. Myrick offering an ammendment to HR4437 that reflects the DWI provisions in this act.

But this has not passed then right. Because i am having all kind of issues right now because of DWI. Simple DWI. 18 monts probations. USCIS think I am inadmissible.

The bill passed the house, it will likely be merged with the Senate version. The Senate version is more lenient, I believe it covers 3 offences for one to be subject to removal proceedings. I empathize with your situation, when tackling these types of issues it is best you involve a lawyer as soon as possible both to see if you can get the issue off your record and also to advice you on how best to approach the visa issue.
