Timeline for CIR to be effective(become LAW)

Hi IV core team,

Can you give us a estimate of best-case and worst-case
timeline for CIR to become law ?

As the CIR includes provisions for legal immigrants(because
of IV core group's hard work, Thanks), I am betting on this
to become law, to plan on several other things.

Can IV core group provide some insights into this issue ?

I usually follow this site regularly.
Multiple threads mention different timelines.
Most of the threads mention ONLY the
procedure for the bill to become LAW and
NOT the timeline.

Would like to hear from IV core team(especially
AFTER yesterday's CIR approval in Senate).
