This is actually a very tough one to predict! "Rahu" and "Ketu" needs to be exactly opposite to "Mangal" for the visa bulletin to come out; but that position is not very likely till July.

However, Mr. Oppenheim's "shukra" is bright all week next week, so that may have some impact in reducing the effect of above and visa bulletin may infact have a chance of coming out next week!
