I am not sure that is correct...Again I may be wrong ..but if he takes up a job in India..is'nt he abandoning his current I-485 application ??? Also can he stay outside for 1year on EAD / AP ???
Can anyone share more info about this ?? |

You can write a letter to USCIS asking them to withdraw your application or just simply go away where ever you want to... Who knows they might close your application or they might even don't have time to look into your withdraw application. So instead they might approve your application... God knows what the hell going on these days in their minds...Don't worry too much about it... with USCIS anything could happen...If somebody at USCIS comes up with some crazy idea that he got in the dream, they will definitely implement it...
