Default Do PERM cases at USCIS get priority

I now have a new theory on why 2005/2006 EB2 cases are being processed 1st; while 2002-2004 cases are waiting. The 05/06 cases are all PERM cases. It looks like USCIS is now differentiating PERM based cases vs BEC/old type LC type cases. It could be that they are correlating something with the LC. & PERM cases are easier to correlate as they are all electronic. old type cases might take more time...so in the rush to finish off enough cases to prevent visa wastage, they are approving PERM cases 1st.

Anyone else agree to this theory? To correlate, Please PM me to confirm if anyone who is not PERM based/PERM convert applicant who got recent approval.

Thanks. I guess the theory does not hold water then...which maybe is good for me..as my pending case is non PERM. I wish I got more replies or PMs to corroborate that.

Anyways..Hope are still there.
