Thanks for posting this. My I-140 was applied in May 2007 and I have not heard anything. USCIS says it has processed until July 24, 2007. What a bunch of lies.

Mine was around the same time. Not even a LUD. Processing time is hopeless.

If they were honest, they would publish processing dates by country of chargability, since it is apparent to me that they are giving preference to EB2 ROW cases.

They say 2months for I-129 (H1B) and mine is pending since May. These processing dates mean nothing

There must be something wrong here as my I-140 was applied in April, 08 and it got approved. I think mine was to Nebraska Center.

I can't help but notice that progress at TSC.

They were processing July 16, 2007 2 - 3 months back.

One fine day, they updated dates saying that they processed till June 16, 2007. (-ve by a month)

Last month, they made progress till June 23, 2007.

Since last month, they made a progress of one day - June 24, 2007.

Is this correct? or I am a brain dead person? unable to understand CIS processing dates, particulary going backwards really baffles me.
