Interesting question. For me, I would be happy if I can file 485 by that time!
It would be interesting to see if any immigration reform comes through by that time. Initially (several months ago) I thought it will; but considering the economic issues, it seems that it may not happen till sometime in 2010.

Great Question..

I have a strong feeling that I will get my GC before the retirement . I think the only RFE I will get is for my health and new photographs. If they want to know my legal status for all these years ..I have to rent a Uhaul to take all my paper work and they atleast will take a year or so for reviewing them .

Getting GC is like shooting for Stars. For me EAD is enough.
