Will hardly move.
Did you complete IV action items for FOIA & AC21? Without that just predicting is not going to help. Quote:

IV has an action plan that will make it possible to predict all future Visa bulletins accurately. If we can find out exactly how many applicants are there in the queue, we can start making better predictions and tracking. Right now, unavailability of these numbers is the major missing piece in making correct VB predictions.
I request everyone interested in accurate VB predictions to participate in FOIA requests campaign. http://immigrationvoice.org/forum/sh...ad.php?t=22037 (IV Action Item: File FOIA request with USCIS) Thanks in advance for helping in making future VB predictions realistic.

instead of we doing some random guesswork, it would be gr8 if ppl post what their attorneys are predicting about PD for Jan bulletin. I believe attorneys, especially big attorney firm has more information than we does, and hence can predict better. If ppl ask their attorney, and post there response, that will help others plan accordingly.
Thanks! |

Ctrl A (Dec 2008 bulletin or Nov 2008 bulletin)
Ctrl C (copy) Ctrl V (Save as Jan 2009 bulletin). --- and take soooo much pain to rename Nov / Dec to Jan and 2008 to 2009 --- Dont expect any more........

Family based VB dont move back and forth but they have 1-2 month movement in each bulletin.. We will see same thing for us.
DOS will advance only few months at a time. I think it will be Dec 2003 for Eb2 - I . Dont expect much movement. VDLRAO and RON will be wrong to have dates current in 2009. CIS has some atleast some new system so they can predict little better than past two years. which makes slow movement through out year. but it will not go back and forth now onwards.. |

I am EB3. So would like to hear it. Why I am saying there won't be any movemet in EB3. USCIS is doing automatic PD porting on most of the cases even if you did not apply for it or ask for it. Most of my friends have one EB3 (Before 2002) from major Indian IT company and I am pretty sure most of them who worked for Big IT consulting firms have a Labor with a old date with or without their knowledge.
