Can I change my PD after apllying for I-485?

Hi,

I had a company who applied for my I-140 and PD was August 2004 and then I left the company and joined another company who applied for my I-485 during the july2007 fiasco with PD being March 2007, Now if I get the old I-140 and request USCIS to consider the old PD will they consider it?

Job description is same for both PD. Can somebody answer my question?
