Can we order them 1000 pizzas

I got this idea as I posted in my other. This is NOT to distract the flower campaign we wanted to do. Please participate in that with your heart.

How about we order a pizza for anyone from whom we can get soem attention:

1. Decision makers, incl President.
2. CNN type.
3. NY times.

To media we can say thanks in advance to uderstand us and pass our campaign message. THINK.. THINK.
Any better ideas are appreciated. If you have think something better than Pizza, let me know. Pizza is just $10-$15.
And they will definitely divert it to some place that needs help in form of food and it will feed the hungry also. Thats good too.

my phirangi colleagues are crazy about indian food. I get them diwali sweets my wife prepares. they just hog on it.

I would say that rather than sending pizza to CNN/politician, we can organize free food drive in all major cities same day. Just to show that we are contributing to the society and then also gain the news coverage.

Reddy, All,

The catch is "if we can co-ordinate". Thats where the BIG problem is and by the response I see in last few months, I dont hope a lot. We need a campaign type setup, and where is it in the last 1 year. So are we waiting for last 1 year or for next few years??.

Please note my idea is also to grab attention to our problems apart from doing something good to the hungry.

Indian food.. no kidding.. What will you do if someone who ate something bad, the meal before and then took your food.. Do you want to go to jail.

PIzza will be delivered by PizzaHut or Dominos and with a message. Everyone can identify a std pizza. Please improve the idea.

IV Core: We need your support in this. We will send pizzas to media or politicians and let them tell on CNN where these Pizzas are going. We can try. We will tell them we will improve housing, and we will not focus fully on immigration.

Yesterday in ABC World News, there was an item showing President reading letters from people...Once a week... Letters to president in particuler week, Pizzas on thursday of same week to Media outlets may work....

I do not like Pizza idea...We can send something which implies that we pay TAX.....

Do you really think that flower campaign in Jul 2007 was the reason for decision reversal?
It was all due to lawsuit by AILA that forced them to do it.

USCIS does not understand any language other than language of law passed by congress or by court. Sending these flowers/pizzas etc will just add mockery to the case.

USCIS has all rights to accept applicaiton for 3rd step(I-485) just for processing and without visa number available, all just they dont want to give us extra power(EAD/AP) etc., Not everything on law buddy.

well, in this current market scenario, we should send a message focussed on how the economy can have $1 billion if we are granted our GCs, or rather citizenships.

why dont you create a poll and then see how other members feel about it.
there might be members who dont support this idea (just bcos its food), or might not want to disagree just cos they might get red .
