we need to know country of chargeability from USCIS. A person could have Nationality/Citizenship from India, but born in Saudi Arabia. He will not be in EB*-I. He will be EB*-ROW.

Just contributed $100 and if needed will contribute more. For those who haven't contributed yet, please do so; we can't do it without you. I have not doubt in my mind that not only we can hit the 10k target but if we choose to we can hit ten times that. We all know how high the stakes are and that IV is one of the few organizations who is dedicated to this cause then why would we hesitate to support it.
