Jan 2012 Bulletin Out Mumba1(EB2:Jan09,)
The Mumbai consulate does not say anything about EB2 OR EB3. The dates which are mentioned are for the visa E1, E2,E3 I beleive E2 is for investor visa and E1 for australian citizen, Correct me if I am wrong! ....Folks the wait is still on....cross your fingers!!

Mumbai consulate has screwed up before by posting inaccurate bulletins. remember?? So dont hurry to celebrate yet.
I still hope we get this stupid per country quota deal done with so that everybody enjoys a bit of relief in future bulletins.

It is official...both EB2 IC are 01 Jan 2009....per state.gov latest bulletin
