People who have already left due to retrogression wouldnt want to deal with it after they have already left.

Imagine this: you left USA because you were sick of Greencard delays and retrogression.

Once you are back in your home country, would you check immigrationvoice website? or any other US website that deals with immigration?

However, if someone reading this IS PLANNING or is in FINAL STAGES of leaving USA and going back home due to retrogression/GC delays/Labor delays etc or due to running out of 6 years of H1, please do post here.

Perhaps not. Nevertheless, if we can get his story and publish it, especially the part where he's taking more jobs home, we can highlight one way how these delays are going to negatively impact the US. This is something we can use to exemplify to the anti-growth organizations like numbersusa etc and to anti-business senators like Jeff Sessions, how their agenda will hurt the US.

I moved to UK on HSMP visa because of GC issues, not sure why I am still visiting IV Check out http://www.immigrationboards.com/viewtopic.php?t=9183 I think there are few more who were/are trying to come to UK on HSMP because they are stuck in GC

Is HSMP visa is equivalent of GC?
Means once u have the HSMP u can work for any employee in Uk??

Yes .... until the British govt. decides to review the rules under which you were admitted, determines it made a mistake and then forces you to leave the UK immediately
