Filed for H-1 extension,eligible for 485 in July

Hello,
My H-1 expires at the end of June and company already filed for extension thru premium processing. Now, I am eligible to file for 485 in July.
Should I wait until the extension comes thru before filing for 485 or go ahead with the existing I-94 which expires at the end of June?
Any experiences/suggestions are highly appreciated
