Have you tried calling Service Center. Which Service center is your case at.

My case is at TSC.

1. I called TSC every week in the past two months using POJ. Two times I got good IO who sent email internally to pick my case and assign IO to it.
2. I sent letter to Senetor. Received response. This helped me to get the cases out of mail room and reach adjudication dept.
3. I sent letter to Mrs. Napolitano. Didn't receive response.
4. I created two SRs in past three months but didn't receive response.
5. I also sent email to TSC NSC Followup email address.
6. Also, sent 4 letters, lawyer sent letters two times. Most of the letters were returned from the mail room. I used double bagging in the last letter to get passed the mail room.

I really don't know which one of the above might have helped. I didn't do the DHS-7001 and letter to first lady and was planning to do those in December.

snddlth , Who did you send 4 letters to? Please let me know the address so I can send them too.
I did send Form 7002 in October but nor esponse yet. I tried to call the number to followup with their office but they transferred me to Service center.

Congrats on your approval. Good to see some approvals come thru in November as well.

My case is also pending at TSC and has not been assigned to officer yet (as per the call to TSC last week). I might have called TSC about 4-5 times in the past 3 months - but none of the officers I talked to was willing to send in a request to assign the case to an IO.

The SR process did not help as they just said it is undergoing extended review and I have to wait 6 months. I called the Senators office last week. Hope that might help me. I am also planning to send letters to the CIS Ombusdman and Ms Napolitano this weekend.

I am interested in knowing which address of TSC you sent the letter to and what is "double bagging"?

I sent those letters to USCIS TSC, Mesquite, TX. You can find the complete address in USCIS website.

My attorney is suggesting me to go for WOM as there is literally no activity on my case for past 2 and half months(Since Sept 1) even though my case is current.
I am wondering should I wait or go for WOM.

I used the same POJ method as Caliguy once posted.
1-800-375-5283
press 1 for english
then 2
then 1 than 1
then 3
KEY is to Press 4 after message starts.... you will be connected.
It will take like 30-45 seconds....you will get good at it.
As a matter of fact , i just called , and it is working. unfortunately, IO told my my file is with IO and case pending. I knew it already.

I have notices, usually Mondays are really busy for them ...so Try Wed , thurs or Fri.

Thank you I tried to call them the same day and could reach them but was unable to get a nice IO . They said they don't give status on phone anymore. I will call again next week.

Any update on your case. Did you try to reach that officer again. Hope you get your GC soon.

I called today, but IO (Female) only told me , what i knew. She said , my case is pending with IO.
I will try calling again tomorrow, i wish , i can talk to the same officer.
That time was just some crazy freak of nature,,,that , i got nice IO.
