FP and Green Card

Dear All,
Yesterday, my wife (EB2 I Mar 15 2004) got Notice welcoming new PR two days after online status. Along with that notice she also got a Fingerprinting Notice.
We are bit confused is this FP to get her card or is it for her 485? We cannot make it on that day, should we reschedule or do a walk in? Nowadays do they ask FP before sending the physical card? Thanks All.
Also, the ASC we got was Norridge, IL. Has anyone been here? Thanks in advance.
