Thanks for posting this, Jackisback.
Just trying to imagine the potential scenario for EB3I. Conservatively speaking, entire 2001 should be cleared since the total number is only ~1500. With the annual quota around 2700, technically the date movement should get to at least Feb 2002 by this September. Hopefully there will be spillover applied (out of pity or otherwise) and the priority date can get to lot more deeper into 2002 by this September. Any thoughts on the above? |

Does USCIS also publish how many I-485 cases it approves for each month by EB Category & Country of Chargeability?
We can use that to get how many visa's are approved for this fiscal year & to calculate the exact number of spillover that will happen in the last quarter. |
