Exclamation BEC Dallas

Hi,

I want to know the general trend and if anybody is in the same boat as me. My Labor Cert was applied thru RIR back in Jan-2005. I never received a 45 day letter. My employer did not either. I do not know if my file is indeed at the BEC. The lawyer whom my employer has deployed does not speak to me. Seems will speak only to employer. I need to get the lawyer changed. Anyway that is not the issue. I want to know if anybody is in the same boat of having not received a 45 day letter. If so, how can I check the status of where my file is and indeed the file is at BEC in queue.

Regards,
GC.

Several are in the same plight with much older PDs. I am one of them; no 45 day letter. MY PD is Feb 2004. So all that we can do is wait till our patience runs out.

The lawyer would not talk to you probably because he/she is billing your company on hourly basis and he must have been instructed by your empoyer to talk only to your HR and only those hours/effort are billable. I am also in the same situation.

Have you tried sending a status request to BEC? That would atleast give you the case status.

Default 45 day letter

I know a friend of mine whose Labor was approved recently.. he filed in Feb 2003.. got 45 day letter late last year and was approved early this year..

So ~ 3 years for labor is a good rule of thumb for Dallas BEC

My labor was applied in June 2003 and went to Dallas.

No 45-day letter and nothing.

Just wait and watch.
Let me know is there any way to get some information.

Default BEC labor-Dallas

My spouse's labor app was sent to Dallas BEC somewhere in mid 2003, since then we haven't absolutely heard anything from them. We are at the wit's end, trying to figure the situation out because the HR, the lawyers, none of them are help to us. Well, hang in there it and hope it works out.
