Prevailing Wage Determination

Hello Respected Gurus,
Prevailing wage determination is taking quite long these days. Can anybody please tell me how long it is taking these days?
Has anybody filed a rebuttal in cases where the prevailing wage determination was too high?
How long does a rebuttal take normally?

My friend's PWD took 4 months to come through. The same friend started his green card process through a big company in December 2009 and his lawyer says PERM (will be ready) to be applied in September 2010.In this situation only an extremely lucky person can get an approved PERM within 1-2 years. Never under estimate the time frame taken by PERM these days.PERM is the second EB-3 .

In such a bad economy and recession, nobody is really valued.Everybody is trying to save their jobs.Too many USC and green card holders are unemployed if green card can unlock employment horizons then why so many USC/green card holders live unemployed life?

I got my PERM in 4 months..

Seems like you were lucky and haven't received random PERM audit.

My friend got an audit notice on her labor - how long will this take to clear? Anyone know the time frame?

It mostly takes 3 years to get denial or approval for such cases...
