GC filing without H1B transfer

Hello All,

I have found an employer who is willing to file my GC process without H1B transfer and will be transferring my H1B after my I-140 gets approved.
I want to know if anyone had any success in recent times with something like this and would it be safe to do this. What would be the chances of getting an audit ?
