Jan 2012 PERM applicants

Gather here if you applied for PERM in Jan 2012? Looks like there are lots of people in Feb who have started to get their PERM approvals but I'm still waiting. My priority date is Jan 20th, 2012 and I'm trying to port from EB3 to EB2.

Are there others who also filed in Jan 2012 and are still waiting?

Yup. Applied Jan 30, 2012. Still haven't heart. Then again my company just changed law firms. So, who the hell knows what the reason is for the delay? (I have inquired though)

If its not the USCIS, its the immigration officer. If its not the officer, it is some new law. If its not some new law, its the company. If its not the company then its the law firm. If its not the law firm, its the HR dept. If its not the HR, its the paralegal. If its not the paralegal, its the manager. If its not the manager, its probably me...(but I fail to see how).

Applied on Jan 24th. EB3 to EB2 porting and did not hear anything as of now.

This is getting really frustrating. Applied for PERM on Jan 20th, 2012 and still havent heard. shows that there are people who applied on March 20th who have gotten their PERM approvals - Is there any processing order that the DOL follows or not ???

Anybody else from Jan 2012 still waiting to hear about PERM application ???
