Hi There,
Completed 5 yrs on H1 by Jun 2012.Applied for PERM in Feb 2012 on EB2 & got an audit and responded for it.Reviewed the forum & decided to apply for second PERM.
Which is recommended for second PERM? Applying with same employer with different job position? or different employer?

Audit related to Employer's recruitment process.Did you get audit?
