There is a problem....

You just posted about the conference on 25th....not everyone see IV forums everyday....Also this thread may get buried and most may not even see this thread....

• Please give atleast one week notice
• Send a email to all tristate members to their personal email address about this call and send remainder 2, days before, 1 day before the call..
• Once they see the email few times it is easy to remember

I am not trying to be VERY smart here, but these things might help to increase the attendence...

We can discuss this in the call. Yes, we need more visibility of the chapters and IV is working on providing state chapter info on the website.
