FBI namecheck victims: Conference call

I am planning a conference call for namecheck applicants of greencard process with an attorney.He has experience in Writ of Mandamus cases and class-action cases.

The conference call details are as follows:

Time: 7th June. 3:00 PM Eastern Std Time.

Agenda:

1. Various legal options like Writ of Mandamus for FBI namecheck applicants.
2. Exploring various other possibilities like a class-action litigation.

During the call:

1. Please join 10 minutes early. We can do a roll-call quickely in order to determine various states/cities for jurisdiction.

2. Please press 4* in order to mute yourself if not speaking. This is very important to avoid the noises in your
surroundings into the conference. Wind noise, chatter, vehicle noise etc. are such examples. We have had a lot of trouble with this in the past so we would REALLY REALLY appreciate if you mute yourself when not speaking by pressing 4*. To unmute yourself, you can press 4* again and speak.

3. Please save the individual case questions for the end and focus on what the attorney has to say first about different options to pursue various legal alternatives in a cost-efficient way.
