485 applied, need to send birth cert affidavits

Guys, I recently applied to 485, but only supplied one affidavit for birth. The application got accepted. Now I am ready with all the documents and the my attorney does not even have time to respond to my emails. I would like to send these docs and dont want to wait for RFE. Question is can I send these docs on my own or does it have to go through attorney.
