We offer 4 kinds of appointments for a case that you have already filed.
Please choose from the following -
* Order from Immigration Court - If you were directed to us for
processing based on an order from the Immigration Judge.
You must bring all documents required in the post order instructions
given to you by the court.
* Case Processing Appointment - If you received a notice to go to your
local office for further case processing.
* EAD inquiry appointment - If your I-765 employment authorization application has been pending for more than 90 days.
* Case Services follow-up appointment - If it has been over 45 days since you contacted NCSC and have not received a response to your inquiry. You must bring the Service Request ID Number related to your inquiry to the appointment.

I made an appointment around 15th at san jose while my 485 was pending by choosing option # 2. It does'nt really matter what option you choose., all you will need is the print out of the appointment. your appointment will never ever be on time...Expect a waiting period of at least 1.5 hours....I took the 8:00 am appt and had to wait..

I talked to an IO in mid july and he or other IO's were not aware that the July bullentin was no longer current!!!yeah thats true!! I literally directed them to go to the travel.gov website and see for themselves...so dont expenct too much...But thwy will answer any questions you have (name check etc)because they have direct acess to your case
