Hi,

My EAD is expired in Feb 2006. I do not need EAD now and I never used EAD beacuse, my dependent 485 is not filed due to retrogression, I have to work on H1 only to maintain her H4.
If my PD becomes current and I able to file 485 to dependent that time
can I apply EAD that time with expired EAD or I have to renewal now?

Helo,
can anybody please reply to this. My EAD is expired, I am not applying now, I am working on H1 which is valid for three years, in future can i get new EAD by having expired EAD ? and expired EAD will causes problems getting new EAD?

I can not file 485 to my dependent as my PD is July 2004, EB3 India which is not current. Question is with 485 attorney has applied EAD and AP, now those are expired as I am not using should I renewal those? and can I renewal those later with expired ones.
