Question Change job title

Hi - after 5 and a half years I now have LC and I140 in EB2. I 485 was sent on 6/29 and no receipt notice yet (along with many others). At the beginning of the LC process, attorney said that any change in job title, description, location, etc. would mean I have to restart the entire process again. My question is, at this stage can I change job title? (Same employer & location, 99% same duties). Appreciate any help- thanks!

Default Keep the Job Title

I am also in a similar situation, and I was adviced to keep the same title with added responsbility ( Same Employer)

Finally heard from attorney who reckons it's OK so long as job description remains the same or very close to original

I was also worried about the same when I started the procedure for PERM. My lawyer told me the same, that you need to match the job desc, title could be anything. My H1b is issued as a Network Manager and he applied PERM as a Network Administrator...

Hope this helps....

GC is for future employement ,what is current job title does not really apply for GC application ,but i guess if the job description is similar or same as the one mentioned on the LC application does help.
