Fingerprinting Issue

I filed 485/EAD/AP for me and my wife. All the checks has been encashed. When i check online case status it says FingerPrinting fee rejected and i have to send the payment within 87 days. Do i need to talk to USCIS or the lawyer should?

Also, they did not send my wife' 765 receipt notice. But the check has been encashed. Is this normal?
