Is this GREEN CARD ? OS155A

My husband received the following today, what does it mean:

The last processing action taken on your case

Receipt Number: SRC*********

Application Type: OS155A , IMMIGRANT VISA AND ALIEN REGISTRATION

Current Status: Approval notice sent.

On October 4, 2007, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this OS155A IMMIGRANT VISA AND ALIEN REGISTRATION. Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service.

OS155a is an "Immigrant Visa packet". This is given to those people whose green card was approved in a consular processing abroad. They do not get a physical green card straight away while they are abroad. They receive a stamp in the passport to enter the country and form OS155a to apply for a physical GC right at the port of entry when they enter US. CBP stamps it at the border and submits it to USCIS service center for the issuance of the actual GC. I have no idea what this has to do with your case. I have 2 hypotheses. First, this may be a message for a different person which was mailed to you instead by some weird twist of USCIS software. Second, this may be the actual approval of your I-485 in which AO or some service center clerk made a mistake while filing the "application type" field in the card production order by selecting "OS-155A" instead of "I-485" from a pulldown menu. I would even think that the second guess is more likely than the first one because it involves a human error which is more likely than a computer one.

Looks like they mailed it to the wrong person... as there have been no LUDs on his or my I 485. We went a little crazy for a while - what a start of a day!

They let us do it 23 days in advance - walk in was worth the risk.

I Was Married To Usc And We Have Been Married For More Than Two Years Before I Came Into Us As Immigrant. Though When I Was Issued A Visa In The Us Consolute My Country(nigeria) My Marriage Was 1year,11months And 12 Days. On My Visa The Wrote Visa Category: Cr1. But When I Came Into Us As Immigrant My Marriage Was More Than 2years( 2 Years,2months And 8days.) At The Port Of Entry The Border Patro Office Collected The Yello Package From Me And Told Me That I Need Not To Fill A Form That My Marriage Is More Than Two Years He Stamp My Paasport And Wrote: Ir1.
But To My Surprise They Send Me My Green Card With Cr1 On It And Two Year Expiration.

The Following Days I Was Also Send A Document Though I Have Not Recieve It Yet I Track It On The Uscis Website.they Told Me Send Said Applications155a.inside The Package It Was A Document But Whe I Recieve It I Will Let You Know,pls Does That Means I Will Still Recieve Another Green Card With 10years Expiration After This Is Case Is Been Approved?

This Is M Y Imformation.
I Was Married On March 30,2006.
Form 1-130 Was File On:july 31,2006.
Form I-130 Was Approved On November 2,2006.
I Was Called For Interview At The Us Embassy In My Country:december 15,2007.
Issued My Immgrant Visa: March 12,2008.
Enter Us As Immigrant: June 8,2008.

With All This Info I Gave Tell Me If I Am A Cr1 Or Ir1? I Saw When You Advises Someone On Os155a And It Was Wonderful I Love The Advise Kindly Advise Me Too. But On My Stamp Passport They Wrote Ir1.pls Let Me Know Thanks From Amazing
