Default H1B visa stamping in Canada

I am a Canadian PR working in USA . If by chance H1B visa was denied (may be) will it possible to come back USA. If not we should have some option to sell our property (car ect..).

Any ideas

Thanks

If the Visa is denied then you will not be able to cross the border. But the good thing is as a Canadian PR, Canada is not a third country for you so if everything is in order, you will get the Visa and they will not ask you to get the visa from your native country.

If md2003 is not a citizen, then Canada is a third country for him/her.
