You may not be able to find such one. Because past H1Bs have already made the "few left over" good employers into "blood sucking mode". If you get such one, consider yourself as very LUCKY.
Get a good deal and get your status into "cap-H1B". Anyhow its not going to affect you or them, because you are just looking for someone who can help to move from Non-Cap to Cap. So it does not matter.

OK i may have to elaborate little...
I did contact a consultant sometime in May 2007 and asked him to file a caped h1b for me with a start date of oct 2007. But he(his attornys) were kind of confused how to request a new h1b when i already have a h1b(non-cap). He was off the opinion that transfer from non-cap to cap is possible USCICS is linient on this. I tried to convicne him..but could not succeed. Since the time was running out..i asked him to apply however he wants but apply it ASAP. I knew the trasnfer would get rejected. Sinc ehe was paying for it..i prefered to let him do as he wishes. But to my surprise..the trasnfer got APPROVED with a start date of Aug 2007(not oct 2008). Aug 2007 was the start date mentioned in job offer letter. But based on the survey and accordng my GC attorney, this approval is a mistake from USCICS. Now i am in a delema wheather to use it or not...???My GC attornye is not favourable to this .since she is the one who needs to fight for me later for immigration issues..i kind of pessimitic on using it. SO planning to get another H1b with a start date of oct 2008. So far my immigration records are clean..so kind of worried about using the caped h1b approval. Any suggestions...!!!! |
