It is 180 since your Name was submitted to the FBI. (In usual circumstances within 2 weeks of your notice date). You can get this information using an Infopass or talking to an IO on phone. Also, giving your FP's has nothing to do wth NameCheck submission! Quote:

This is not true. My name check was initiated once the 485 data entry was completed at CSC (case was transferred from NSC to CSC) and the case transferred back to NSC. Hence my namecheck was initiated on Sept 23rd,2007 even though my FP was done on Jan 8th, 2008.
