The demand data shows the cases that are kind of approval ready and are just waiting for a cap number, since the pace of adjudication is slow that is why we see such low numbers, additionally cases are being approved at a brisk pace. The demand data and inventory will match once some time passes by after retrogression and they are from the same time this was the case in the past else they will never match up. For say EB3-I they should be in close agreement.

Very hard to say what will happen next VB. Definitely if there is any movement it will be very small the trend seems to be to wrap up for now as the movement was lesser than 6 months as announced. Good luck anything is possible.

For those who missed it narrowly,,, how the future scenario may play? If the dates retrogress when can we expect another forward movement - by mid 2013 or mid 2014?

Friends there are many factors in the game, however just by gut feel I believe that if the dates retrogress next VB then the next bus will come in Oct - Dev 2013, by this time most of the people in the system will get greened. The idea is to bring the figures for EB2 I/C to a very low figure which is lower than the expceted SOFAD of the year just like it happened this year.

The dates may go back to Sep Oct 2007 initially largely to pick up TSC cases, however the final resting point by Sep 2012 will be somewhere between Apr - Jun 2008.

Teddy - My PD is Aug 22nd 2002 EB3 I, with the bulletin that came out today, I missed by a day. When you talk about retrogression, I am assuming that you are only talking about EB 2. Are you thinking that there will be retrogression in the EB 3 bucket as well?
