I also received RFEs for both myself n my wife. We had also submitted all documents. Here are my details:

PD: Feb 16, 2008
I-485 RD: Dec 02, 2011
EAD/AP Approval Date: Jan 16, 2012
FP Appt Date: Jan 19, 2012
Got RFE email on Feb 9, 2012. Still waiting for RFE details.

Nothing received yet RFE was issued on 02/11 still waiting.

I applied for Advanced Parole and EAD along with the AOS application for both me and my wife with my wife as derivative. Our petitions were received by the Texas Service Center on January31, 2012 and we have received 6 receipt notices with ND's of February 02, 2012.

I amd unable to track the status of these petitions using the USCIS Case Status Online link and receive the following message:

"Your case can not be found at this time in My Case Status. Please check your receipt number and try again. If you need further assistance, please call the National Customer Service Center at 1.800.375.5283."

Please advise if I should hold off and wait for some time prior to contacting the USCIS Customer Service or initiate an inquiry through my attorney. We have also not received FP notices and am trying to determine if this would have an impact on receiving timely notifications for Biometrics.

I appreciate your assistance.

Online status update has issues sometimes it just does not work. However keep checking your receipts periodically whenever there is a new event on your case your receipts will start working. For some reason the initial events failed to load in their System.

Friends I received the RFE details for me its EVL + BC and for my wife it’s just BC. Surprising that we submitted the BC's (Imperfect ones) along with affidavits at the time of filing. They have simply asked for BC or its equivalents just a simple one line. Not sending EVL was my attorneys call, I believe my employer should be able to provide it; I have been with the same company since coming to US. Just sent the details to the attorney let’s see what they have to say now.

Allowed response time is 84 days I will aim for next week though. My bc is on a format in Hindi with all details handwritten in English for my wife her bc does not have her name. Not sending evl was my attorneys call I did try to make him send one signed by my company manager but he did not budge since he is the company attorney I could not push rest is my badd luck. The attorney said recent paystubs and w2 would suffice.
