485 status - Card/ Document Production. What does this mean???

I received a e-mail from USCIS stating the following. The status now in the website is Card/document production. Could this be just an FP notice or Approval?

My PD is not current. It is EB3 and PD is Dec06.

If anyone else got the same, pls let me know what document they recevied.

Called USCIS and was told that they cannot let me know which document was mailed.

On March XX, 2011 we mailed the document to the address we have on file. You should receive the new document within 30 days. If you do not, or if you move before you get it, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.

This step applies to applications that result in an applicant receiving a card (such as a "green card") or other document (such as a naturalization certificate, employment authorization document, travel document, or advance parole). Applications will be in this step from the time the order to produce the card/document is given until the card/document is produced and mailed to the applicant. You can expect to receive your card/document within 30 days of the approval of your application.

If you do not receive your document, please contact our National Customer Service Center at 1-800-375-5283.

Last time it was our FP appointment when our status was same as what you said. Please wait till you receive the document (or Card but not likely).

Its the finger printing notice. My status is showing the name since 2007 when I had received the finger print notice. Since then It has not changed
