I spoke with a 2nd level representative today regarding the confirmation of my address change. I was told that my current status is "under review". my pd is Oct 23 2006.

Attorney received a notice of approval dated July 1st 2011 however the notice states that you "may" have to go for biometric. Don't know if this is a standard language. The notice additionally states nothing to be done at this time, if you don't recieve the biometric appointment or the card in next 90 days, please contact the USCIS number.

Can you advise about this caveat?

Which service center TSC or NSC? Did you or ur attorney open SR/infopass/Call or any such thing?

Congratulations!!!!! What is your service center? Have you noticed any online updates (LUD) or activity for your case(s)?

TSC is the service center. No SR, no phones call, no inquiries in last 4 years. LUD was from 4/18/2010. No status updates on the website nothing. Just kept quiet and sucked it up.

Do you guys no anything about that caveat? Is it standard language?

I checked with my attorney. Most cases have similar language. Nothing to worry at the most another FP but you are approved.

Hi All,

I received the cards in mail today. Online status still shows Initial Review. I initiated a SR on July 1st when my PD became current. Hope this info helps others!!

I saw quite a bit of approvals from TSC

but nothing from NSC..is NSC sleeping

No LUDs or any kind of updates. Directly received the cards in mail. Good riddance to advance parole and EAD renewals. Hope others also get their GC's soon.. GL!!!
